Help Desk Technical Support

Job Description

Platform Science is seeking a Help Desk Technical Support professional to join their team in Londrina. In this role, the individual will be the primary point of contact for resolving user issues related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. They will also be involved in systems analysis, troubleshooting, and user training. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the department's reputation by guiding users in understanding IS reports and capabilities.Responsibilities include:

• Providing desktop support and deploying hardware and software
• Delivering high-level customer service and professionalism
• Resolving issues individually or with other IS staff
• Communicating with peers, IS staff, management, and business groups
• Demonstrating excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware, including Dell, Apple, and mobile devices

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a help desk role, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• Skills in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting various equipment and systems
• Experience with Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile devices, tablets, printers, conference room equipment, and basic network troubleshooting
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
• IT certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+) are preferred
• Advanced/fluent English (written and spoken)
