Job Description
Graphcore is seeking a highly motivated System Validation and Compliance Engineer to manage system validation and compliance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and able to manage multiple projects. The candidate will support the development of AI systems and services by ensuring that they meet customer reliability requirements and enable global market access.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Lead end-to-end validation of server-level and rack-level systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership on product validation and compliance.
  • Define, implement, and drive product validation and compliance strategies.
  • Develop a clear compliance roadmap.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with manufacturing partners and internal teams.
  • Ensure all product validation and certification targets are met.
  • Demonstrate expert technical knowledge in designing and implementing server system validation methodologies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in product validation, compliance, or certification within server systems or data center environments.
  • In-depth understanding of server validation industry standards.
  • Hands-on experience with air cooling and liquid cooling validation.
  • Strong and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Acute attention to detail with documentation and reporting skills to maintain compliance records.
