Senior Director, Product Management

Job Description

Tenable, the Exposure Management company, is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead global product management activities. This role involves strategic product planning, product definition, and tactical execution. The Senior Director will manage new and existing product development processes, guiding a team of product managers to drive brand, features, and user experience.Responsibilities:

• Define cross-product and platform-level initiatives.
• Refine product vision, scalability, and value.
• Ensure product releases meet deadlines.
• Define overall product and user experience.
• Own and publish the product roadmap.
• Write requirements for new product features.
• Work with engineering on trade-offs.
• Own product metrics.
• Serve as the internal and external voice for product offerings.
• Provide technical leadership to the product team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years in the software industry, preferably enterprise network security.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Hands-on development skills.
• Strong understanding of customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven success in establishing KPIs.
