Job Description

Brainlabs is seeking a Senior Specialist, Data to join their team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will manage clients under the reclaim service, raising reclaim disputes and cases, leveraging reporting and insights to improve their operational efficiencies and sustainable growth on Amazon. They will be a subject matter expert on Amazon supply and operations, creating meaningful insights for Reclaim and OpEx clients. The Senior Specialist will work with the BI team to develop the OpEx dashboard & reporting, improve the reclaim service offering and customer experience, and drive new business opportunities.Role involves:

• Managing clients under the reclaim service
• Raising reclaim disputes and cases
• Leveraging reporting and insights to improve operational efficiencies
• Creating meaningful insights for Reclaim and OpEx clients
• Working with the BI team to develop the OpEx dashboard & reporting
• Improving the reclaim service offering and customer experience
• Driving new business opportunities

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience
• Hungry and proactive, commercially minded professional
• Deep understanding of Amazon’s supply chain operations
• Confident engaging with and presenting to teammates and clients
• Ability to learn, drive to succeed, and generate solutions
• Comfortable getting hands-on with data and creating insights solutions
• Ability to deliver against a predefined revenue generation goal
