Motive is seeking an Account Executive to help build the sales organization in Mexico. The Account Executive will capitalize on Motive's strong product positioning to sell the value of business outcomes achieved through partnership with Motive. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a history of exceeding expectations in sales roles. They should possess strong interpersonal skills, technical aptitude, and attention to detail. A collaborative, team-oriented approach is essential.This is a remote position based in Mexico, requiring travel for on-site customer meetings.What This Role Involves:
Prospecting and winning new business through strong relationships with key prospects.
Achieving KPI targets consistently.
Partnering with sales leadership to enhance country-specific strategies.
Providing recommendations based on business needs and negotiating contract terms.
Identifying customer issues and driving cross-functional support.
Planning to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas.
Deepening understanding of market trends.
Requirements:
4+ years of full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments.
Experience in developing strong relationships and influencing decision-makers.
Ability to manage 3 to 6-month sales cycles with an annual revenue per deal in the six-figure range.
A "hunter" mentality focused on closing new deals.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to outbound prospecting, managing, and closing deals.
Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance and/or safety a plus.
Understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools.
