Motive is seeking an Account Executive to help build its sales organization in Mexico. This role involves selling the value of Motive's solutions to enterprise clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and winning new business, developing strong relationships with key prospects, and achieving KPI targets. • Prospecting and winning new business
• Developing strong relationships with key prospects
• Achieving KPI targets
• Partnering with sales leadership to enhance playbooks and processes
• Providing recommendations based on business needs and negotiating contract terms
• Identifying customer issues and driving cross-functional support
• Planning to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas
• Deepening understanding of market trends

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments
• Experience developing strong relationships and influencing decision-makers
• Ability to work 3 to 6-month sales cycles with an annual revenue per deal in the six-figure range
• A true “hunter” mentality
• Commitment to outbound prospecting, managing, and closing deals
• Experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance and/or safety a plus
• Understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools
