Optimove is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance its global recruitment strategy, particularly in tech hiring. The Talent Acquisition Partner will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and enhance the company's employer brand. The Talent Acquisition Partner role involves:

  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Greenhouse for effective candidate sourcing, tracking, and engagement.
  • Partnering and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and set recruitment strategies.
  • Providing insights and recommendations on market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Fostering strong relationships with potential candidates, promoting Optimove as an employer of choice.
  • Implementing and maintaining recruitment metrics to track performance and improve processes.
  • Ensuring a diverse and inclusive recruitment process.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-tech environment.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or similar ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of successful tech talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and current recruitment trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
