Job Description
Optimove, a global marketing tech company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its EMEA Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, articulate, and driven sales professional. This role involves targeting, educating, and motivating prospects to adopt Optimove’s software for their customer retention needs. Optimove prides itself on internal promotions and cross-functional growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre-event outreach and research for Ideal Customer Profile fit.
  • Follow up with inbound leads, including initial research and qualification.
  • Help Optimove expand in Key Verticals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to source and nurture new leads.
  • Maintain data in CRM (HubSpot) and Salesloft.
  • Leverage tools like 6sense and Zoominfo to understand accounts.
  • Attend conferences and events occasionally.
  • Stay updated on marketing industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Previous BDR/SDR experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Ability to travel to the London office a minimum of twice a week.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills with excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Knowledge of business processes and organizational structure.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo is a plus.
  • Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
