Job Description
Optimove, a global marketing tech company, is seeking a Business Development Representative to expand its EMEA Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, articulate, and driven sales professional. This role involves targeting, educating, and motivating prospects to adopt Optimove’s software for their customer retention needs. Optimove prides itself on internal promotions and cross-functional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-event outreach and research for Ideal Customer Profile fit.
- Follow up with inbound leads, including initial research and qualification.
- Help Optimove expand in Key Verticals.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to source and nurture new leads.
- Maintain data in CRM (HubSpot) and Salesloft.
- Leverage tools like 6sense and Zoominfo to understand accounts.
- Attend conferences and events occasionally.
- Stay updated on marketing industry trends.
Requirements:
- Previous BDR/SDR experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Ability to travel to the London office a minimum of twice a week.
- Positive and energetic phone skills with excellent listening skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structure.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo is a plus.
- Additional languages are a bonus.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
