Job Description
Zenjob is seeking a Head of Data Science and Analytics to lead and scale their Data Science and Product Analytics function. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions. The Head of Data Science and Analytics will mentor and develop a high-performing team of Data Scientists and Product-minded Data Analysts.

Role involves:
  • Championing the health and effectiveness of the Data Science and Analytics team.
  • Owning the quality, impact, and timeliness of data-driven solutions.
  • Driving execution of data initiatives with strategic foresight.
  • Shaping and implementing a best-in-class data strategy.
  • Aligning with cross-functional partners to create a cohesive data ecosystem.
  • Ensuring data initiatives support strategic goals.
  • Promoting high-impact data prioritization.
  • Mentoring and developing senior talent.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing data teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and experience in setting and executing data visions.
  • Experience in aligning data strategies across multiple stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in analytical methodologies, data modeling, experimentation, and statistical techniques.
  • A track record of mentoring and elevating senior data talent.
  • Demonstrated success in managing project portfolios, resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
