Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Lunar Energy is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex engineering programs from concept to manufacturing. The Technical Program Manager will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and external partners to align global teams through leadership, engineering knowledge, and communication.Role involves:

• Leading planning, scheduling, and execution of technical programs.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Managing project risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Acting as a central point of contact between teams.
• Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers.
• Reporting on program progress and risks.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize workflows.
• Conducting technical design reviews.
• Coordinating and supporting prototype builds.

Requirements:

• BS or MS degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of program management experience in power electronics and/or PCBA design.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical programs.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Passion for renewables and improving energy infrastructure.
