Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their North America Customer Success Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers achieve their goals using Wrike's work management platform. This role is remote and based in Costa Rica.

Role Involves:
  • Proactively onboarding new paying customers.
  • Leading training sessions for teams.
  • Monitoring account metrics and identifying opportunities.
  • Conducting Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
  • Running periodic "health checks" of customer workspaces.
  • Partnering with the account management team.
  • Advocating for customers in meetings with Product Managers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Passionate about teaching and training.
  • Willing to dive into technical details of a product.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great people skills.
  • Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with marketing teams, IT teams, PMO teams, Professional Services (PS).
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in project management, business process redesign, and change management.
