Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential customers. The Sales Development Representative will establish relationships and identify customer needs to determine opportunities that meet the qualification criteria for a sale. This role involves supporting marketing efforts, researching prospects, and persuading them to meet with a Wrike Account Executive.

Responsibilities include:

  • Following up on inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Understanding buyer personas and market needs.
  • Conducting research on prospects and their organizations.
  • Persuading prospects to have a call or take a meeting with an Account Executive.
  • Qualifying prospects to improve conversion rates.
  • Routing qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
  • Using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with SDRs, Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve messaging.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Eagerness to learn and excel in Sales.
  • Full fluency in English.
  • Openness to supporting Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development or a similar role in a B2B business.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
