GTM Onboarding Program Manager

Job Description

Wrike is seeking a Global Onboarding Program Manager to own, optimize, and scale its global onboarding experience. This role is crucial for ensuring new hires in Sales and Customer Success are set up for success from day one. The Global Revenue Enablement team at Wrike values openness, collaboration, and a growth mindset.Responsibilities:

• Own, manage, and continuously evolve the global onboarding program.
• Partner with GTM, Product, HR, and Ops to optimize the new hire experience.
• Conduct regular assessments of the onboarding program.
• Analyze key performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to create engaging training content.
• Lead strategic training sessions and provide real-time feedback.
• Monitor new hire progress and deliver detailed reports.
• Leverage AI to accelerate new hire ramp and scale coaching.

Requirements:

• 1+ year in a similar role within a SaaS organization.
• Proven program management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Wrike is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
