Job Description
The Senior Technology Delivery Analyst role at IPG involves providing day-to-day administrative functions and problem resolution related to computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. This role serves as the escalation point for complex issues and assists in resolving technical problems in a mission-critical environment. The analyst will collaborate with other teams to respond to computer-related incidents, maintain equipment lists, participate in projects, and install computer operating systems and applications.
Role involves:
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve computer-related incidents.
- Maintaining and updating equipment lists.
- Participating in new projects and upgrades.
- Installing computer operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshooting problems using established techniques.
- Updating the ticket tracking system.
- Assisting with AD administration.
- Creating and updating user guides and systems documentation.
- End user training on new/updated software and procedures
- Assisting with running SOX controls
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree.
- 5+ years of end-user computer support experience.
- Experience in a scalable organization with strong understanding of policies and SOX compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with Ivanti, JAMF, or similar computer management software.
- Expertise in troubleshooting LAN/WAN/WiFi.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite and M365 Apps.
- Advanced customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
