Launch Potato, a digital media company, is seeking a Lead Analytics Manager to deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights. This role involves driving revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital properties. The Lead Analytics Manager will be responsible for partnering with FP&A and product teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media or performance marketing industries.
  • Clean, standardize, and document stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker.
  • Identify and resolve inconsistencies in reporting logic.
  • Partner with FP&A and product teams to ensure data alignment.
  • Deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear recommendations.
  • Lead and document improvements to Looker Explores or dashboard structures.
  • Minimum of 5 years in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing.
  • Experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure.
  • Advanced SQL and Looker proficiency.
  • Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Base salary between $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
