CarOnSale, a tech start-up based in Berlin, is seeking a Senior Recruiter GTM (m/f/d) to join their growing team in either Berlin or Munich. The company focuses on enabling smooth digital processes in the automotive trade across Europe and is looking for someone to help them identify and attract top talent for their sales positions.
Role involves:
- Actively and passively identifying suitable candidates for sales positions.
- Taking full responsibility for candidates and optimizing recruiting processes.
- Making recruiting measurable by helping build and measure a KPI system.
- Developing the company into a best practice organization in recruiting.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting sales profiles, ideally within a start-up environment.
- Experience in independently setting up recruiting processes for Sales and GTM.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and trying new approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a love for connecting with people.
- Very good German and English skills (both at least C1 level).
