Job Description
Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to develop and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, focusing on field and channel marketing, campaigns, ABM, digital initiatives, and demand generation. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, regional sales, and partner teams to build regional marketing plans, enhance local brand awareness, and execute ABM/demand generation programs to drive revenue growth in the region.Responsibilities include:
- Owning and building the overall Go-to-Market plan for the assigned territory.
- Partnering with marketing, sales, and partner teams to accelerate pipeline and exceed revenue goals.
- Implementing demand generation campaigns in conjunction with sales and partners.
- Serving as a liaison to the Sales team and maintaining relationships with regional partners and associations.
- Leveraging social media to promote presence at events.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
- Managing regional budget and tracking results.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in a B2B Field, Channel Marketing, or Campaign role.
- Fluency in French or German.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
