Job Description

Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to develop and implement the go-to-market strategy with an emphasis on field and channel marketing, campaigns orchestration, ABM, digital, and demand generation. The role involves working closely with marketing, regional sales, and partner teams to build regional marketing plans, promote brand awareness locally, and execute ABM / demand generation programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and build the overall Go-to-Market plan for the assigned territory.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and partner teams to deliver and accelerate pipeline.
  • Implement demand generation campaigns in the region.
  • Serve as liaison to the Sales team.
  • Maintain relationships with regional partners and conference organizers.
  • Leverage social media to raise awareness.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Manage regional budget and track & report results.
  • Work with Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a B2B Field, Channel Marketing, or Campaign role.
  • Fluency in French or German.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Creation of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tactics.
  • Experience with organizing local and regional events.
  • Outstanding communicator and creative thinker.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work with a decentralized, cross-cultural team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth and change.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
