Job Description
Nozomi Networks is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to develop and implement the go-to-market (GTM) strategy. The role focuses on field and channel marketing, campaigns orchestration, ABM, digital, and demand generation. The manager will work with marketing, regional sales, and partner teams to build regional marketing plans, promote brand awareness, and execute ABM/demand generation programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning and building the overall Go-to-Market plan.
- Partnering with marketing, sales, and partner teams to accelerate pipeline.
- Implementing demand generation campaigns in the region.
- Serving as a liaison to the Sales team.
- Maintaining relationships with regional partners and conference organizers.
- Leveraging social media to promote presence at events.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities.
- Managing regional budget and tracking results.
- Working with Corporate Communications and Digital Marketing teams to optimize campaign results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B Field, Channel Marketing, or Campaign role.
- Fluency in French or German.
- Project management and organizational skills.
- Creation of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics.
- Experience with organizing local and regional events.
- Outstanding communication and creative thinking skills.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work with a decentralized, cross-cultural team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to rapid growth and change.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time.
