Job Description
Outset Medical, a medical device company focused on revolutionizing dialysis, is seeking a Senior Manager of People Operations. This role will lead HR functions for the manufacturing site and shared services center in Mexico, while also supporting HR activities for U.S.-based employees. The Senior Manager will act as a key liaison between TACNA and Outset Medical, ensuring coordination and compliance.
Role involves:
- Leading People Operations for the Mexico site.
- Partnering with site leadership to implement people strategies.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to managers.
- Managing the partnership with TACNA.
- Ensuring HR operations compliance.
- Leading transactional HR support for U.S. employees.
- Managing and developing the HR team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of Mexican labor law.
- Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS systems.
- Experience managing teams and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
