Job Description

The Quality Group is offering an internship as a Business Development Commercial Intern (gn) at ESN & More Nutrition. The intern will support the B2B Commercial Team with data-driven analyses and strategic insights, helping to advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands.

Role Involves:

• Creating regular reports on sales figures and KPIs (Sell-in/Sell-out).
• Analyzing forecasts and plan deviations to identify areas for improvement.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and supporting ad-hoc analyses (e.g., prices, distribution gaps).
• Delivering important insights for monthly business reviews.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a business-related degree program.
• Initial practical experience, ideally in an analytical or strategic role (e.g., internships or working student positions in consulting or banking).
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment in evaluating complex data and deriving clear recommendations for action.
• Solid Excel skills, able to build models, derive insights, and automate workflows.
• Structured, independent work style with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in German and English.
