Quality Management Lead (gn) Product Development

Job Description

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Quality Management Lead to join their Product Development team in Hamburg. This role involves leading the quality management team, driving product quality through strategic direction and process optimization, and ensuring the marketability and legally compliant labeling of food and dietary supplements. The Quality Management Lead will advance the ESN & More Nutrition brands with their experience in quality management and assurance, and their leadership skills.

Role Involves:

• Leading and developing the quality management team in product development.
• Defining and implementing strategic goals for quality management.
• Optimizing internal processes for smooth collaboration with production-related quality management.
• Assuming audit responsibility for the product development area.
• Coordinating and managing quality-relevant projects.
• Serving as the main interface for relevant departments.

Requirements:

• A degree in food chemistry, food technology, nutritional science, ecotrophology, sports science, or comparable education with a focus on quality management/assurance.
• Several years of professional experience in quality management/assurance, especially in ensuring the marketability and legally compliant labeling of food and dietary supplements.
• Experience in stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, structured, and team-oriented work style.
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
