This role involves leading and coordinating teams, ensuring integration between analytical, operational, and commercial areas within the "groceries" sector. The Senior Business Coordinator will manage projects from end to end, identifying activation opportunities and improvements in assortment through data analysis. They will also strengthen relationships with other areas and conduct negotiations with store personnel. Furthermore, they will promote team autonomy and operational efficiency, acting as a bridge between the analytical team and operations.

Requirements:
• Strong command of data analysis, with knowledge in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and analysis tools

• "Hands-on" profile with an owner's vision and pragmatism in decision-making
• Ability to lead by example, developing people and being a technical reference

• Strong relationship skills, negotiation skills, autonomy, and proactive attitude
