Job Description
The Head de Riscos role at iFood, a leading Brazilian technology company in Latin America. The role involves developing and consolidating financial risk management with robust processes, indicators, and governance. The candidate will ensure continuous monitoring of the company's financial health, aligned with regulatory and market practices. They will support strategic and product decisions with quantitative models and financial impact analyses. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with a business-oriented approach, focusing on profitability and risk mitigation. The candidate will also ensure the identification and monitoring of operational risks related to the iFood Pago business.
Role Involves:
- Developing and consolidating financial risk management
- Ensuring continuous monitoring of financial health
- Supporting strategic decisions with financial models
- Identifying and monitoring operational risks
Requirements:
- Solid experience in financial risks (liquidity, market, ALM)
- Advanced technical knowledge in financial modeling, statistics, and asset pricing
- Analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Python/R, and SQL
- Experience in environments with regulatory governance (Bacen, EBA, BIS) is a plus
- Proactive profile with business acumen and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or related fields
