Job Description
iFood is seeking a Senior Onboarding Analyst for iFood Pago, its Fintech division, located in Fortaleza, Brazil. The role involves managing the onboarding process for new clients, from contract signing to service activation. The analyst will conduct online and in-person training sessions and workshops, providing detailed explanations of products and services. They will also offer consultative support, monitor client activity, and provide feedback to product and development teams.

Role Involves:
  • Conducting client onboarding.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of CRM, preferably HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience with database usage.
  • Experience using WhatsApp Business for communication.
  • Effective communication skills and resilience.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced level in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Availability for travel within Brazil.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model.
