Job Description

JD Sports is seeking a motivated and experienced Superviseur de rayon (H/F) to join their team in Annecy, France. The company has 3,400 stores in 38 countries. The Superviseur de rayon will be responsible for managing a department within the store, such as footwear, textiles, stock, or cash registers. The primary goal is to improve the department's profitability.

Role Involves:

• Managing and motivating a team of sales associates
• Analyzing and communicating key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Overseeing store openings and closings
• Ensuring the proper presentation of the department

Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing a team
