Role Involves:
- Leading and managing a team of sales associates and supervisors.
- Analyzing performance indicators (sales, transaction totals, items per visit, price per item).
- Managing store openings and closings.
- Handling deliveries and team briefings.
- Creating employee schedules.
- Recruiting and training new employees.
- Ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained.
