Job Description
Veeam, the market leader in data resilience, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business development within top enterprise accounts. This remote role, based in Michigan, requires a hunter mentality and strong negotiation skills to acquire new customers and promote Veeam's solutions.
Responsibilities: - Drive net-new business by identifying prospects and managing the sales cycle.
- Maintain relationships with channel partners to identify new sales opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and business terms with new enterprise accounts.
- Ensure forecasting accuracy and pipeline build.
- Develop key account relationship maps.
- Lead solution presentations and deliver compelling proposals.
- Function as Veeam’s advocate within the enterprise organization.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement to serve new customers better.
- Prepare reports and documentation for executive-level presentations.
- Assess market needs and follow a defined selling process.
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure new business quotas are met.
- Execute a territory plan to maximize new customer revenue.
Requirements: - Proven history of achieving new business sales quotas.
- Experience introducing new product solutions into enterprise environments.
- Creative problem-solving skills and prospect environment awareness.
- Business acumen and ability to translate challenges into opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- High energy and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to use data intelligence tools.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce.com.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of channel partner ecosystem is desired.
