Job Description
Veeam is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to develop sales activities and manage customer relationships in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role involves driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, partner collaboration, and strategic account management. The Senior Territory Manager will work with regional sales teams, systems engineers, and channel partners to close business and meet revenue targets. They will also engage with Veeam's strategic alliance partners and participate in marketing activities within the territory.

Role Involves:
  • Developing sales activities with new and existing customers.
  • Developing sales pipeline by proactive calling.
  • Working with regional sales team to advance opportunities.
  • Closing business in conjunction with Veeam partners.
  • Meeting individual and team revenue targets.
  • Leveraging business generated by partners with end users/customers.
  • Driving account strategies and coordinating team selling efforts.
  • Entering forecasting and account/opportunity details in Veeam’s CRM (SalesForce).
  • Engaging with Veeam Strategic Alliance partners.
  • Coordinating and participating in marketing activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
  • Experience with vendors associated with Virtualisation technology strongly desired.
  • Experience in mid-market to enterprise software sales; direct and channel sales experience required with experience managing resellers at a tactical, transaction-based level.
  • Proven track record of accomplished selling in the mid-market to IT infrastructure specialists; must have an in-depth understanding of technology trends and issues and their impact on enterprises.
  • Proven ability to develop new sales with strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
  • Must have knowledge of solution selling and value-based selling techniques.
  • Must be available to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Be a high-energy sales person who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly.
  • Experience in some sectors and channel development will be valued
