Job Description
The Global Services Manager (GSM) role at HSP is a remote position that acts as the primary liaison for customers, implementing contracted services and guiding them through Business as Usual (BAU) operations. The GSM manages a portfolio of clients, onboarding them to HSP and coordinating with Global Services Associates (GSAs) for diverse projects across Payroll, Accounting, Entity Management, HR, and more.
Role Involves:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Monitoring and managing accounting and tax compliance.
- Providing guidance on accounting and tax best practices.
- Creating project plans and rollout plans.
- Liaising with local HSP experts.
- Serving as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for customers.
- Monitoring service delivery and updating systems.
- Training and onboarding team members.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience with services embedded in HSPs Global Accounting Solutions.
- Experience with IFRS and US GAAP.
- Experience with accounting systems like Netsuite, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- General understanding of Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable Processes.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Project management and account management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
