Job Description
UNiDAYS is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and support strategic relationships with key fashion partners. This role involves acting as an expert on UNiDAYS' value proposition and leveraging marketing, media, and commercial capabilities to build impactful student strategies. The Account Manager will be responsible for high-growth brands, ensuring partner success and driving long-term value.

Responsibilities:
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead account planning and provide strategic guidance.
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing and media plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver curated campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver insight reports.
  • Identify growth opportunities across new markets and retail formats.
  • Ensure sustainable commercial growth through data-driven decisions.
  • Stay ahead of cultural and category trends.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the fashion industry or with fashion/lifestyle brands.
  • Solid understanding of Gen Z consumer behavior.
  • Experience managing complex partnerships.
  • Confidence in delivering compelling pitches.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in account management, marketing strategy, or brand/media partnerships.
  • Strong commercial mindset and understanding of partner profitability.
  • Experience in building and executing upper-funnel brand and media plans.
