Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead the Marketing and Communications Department. This role involves managing digital communications, overseeing digital platforms, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital communications professional with expertise in website design, user experience, and online communication properties.
  • Manages and leads digital communications functions.
  • Oversees the development and optimization of digital platforms.
  • Manages, supervises, mentors, and trains assigned staff.
  • Performs internal and external communications site administration.
  • Analyzes department metrics to ensure goal alignment.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated skill in managing teams and overseeing digital communication strategies.
  • Analytic and data-oriented with strength in online communication design.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Expertise in website design, user experience, and online communication properties.
  • Adept at collaborative content design.
  • Highly organized and skilled at meeting deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments.
  • Ability to work cohesively in a team.
  • Experience in regulated environments; healthcare is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, UX Design, Communications, or related field.
  • Six years of experience in a communications environment.
  • One year of lead or supervisory experience.
