Central California Alliance for Health is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to lead the Marketing and Communications Department. This role involves managing digital communications, overseeing digital platforms, and supervising staff. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital communications professional with expertise in website design, user experience, and online communication properties.
- Manages and leads digital communications functions.
- Oversees the development and optimization of digital platforms.
- Manages, supervises, mentors, and trains assigned staff.
- Performs internal and external communications site administration.
- Analyzes department metrics to ensure goal alignment.
Requirements: - Demonstrated skill in managing teams and overseeing digital communication strategies.
- Analytic and data-oriented with strength in online communication design.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI.
- Expertise in website design, user experience, and online communication properties.
- Adept at collaborative content design.
- Highly organized and skilled at meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working in evolving environments.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team.
- Experience in regulated environments; healthcare is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Computer Science, UX Design, Communications, or related field.
- Six years of experience in a communications environment.
- One year of lead or supervisory experience.
