Valon is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Executive Assistant & Workplace Experience Manager to support their executive team and NYC office operations. This dual role requires someone who thrives in high-impact environments and can handle confidential matters with discretion.She will be a trusted right hand to the CEO and COO, managing schedules, booking travel, and anticipating needs. She will also own the experience of the NYC office, creating a thoughtful and energizing space for the team.What this role involves:
Managing complex calendars for the CEO and COO.
Coordinating logistics for travel, board meetings, and client visits.
Running day-to-day operations of the NYC HQ.
Designing and executing team rituals and cultural moments.
Delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for new hires.

3–5 years of combined experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager.
Proven ability to manage high-level executives and juggle competing priorities.
Strong sense of discretion and good judgment.
