air up is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and shape paid social campaigns across Europe. The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, product, and creator marketing, to launch campaigns that deliver short-term results and long-term brand impact. This role involves analyzing performance, briefing creatives, and driving innovation.Responsibilities include:
  • Planning, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta & TikTok
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance, focusing on key metrics & KPIs
  • Effective budget management across different campaigns & channels
  • Identifying patterns, testing new ideas, and deriving optimization strategies
  • Collaborating with creative teams to create channel- and audience-specific creative briefs
  • Staying on top of social trends, platform updates, and AI innovations
  • Taking ownership of cross-functional projects
  • Working closely with other marketing functions & in cross-functional task forces
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on Paid Social Advertising in a D2C e-commerce environment
  • Hands-on experience with Meta & TikTok Business Manager; experience with Google Ads is a plus
  • Experience in both performance and branding campaigns
  • Good sense for creative & storytelling along the funnel
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in interdisciplinary task-forces
  • Professional English skills; other languages are a plus
