Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description

Nature's Bakery is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to ensure timely payment of purchases. The AP Associate will review invoices, enter data into the ERP system and MS Excel, and communicate with vendors. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval.
• Accurately enter vendor invoices and credits.
• Review vendor statements for inaccuracies.
• Compare PO, receiving documents, and invoices.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment amounts.
• Audit and review vendor accounts.
• Maintain accounts payable reports and files.
• Prepare accruals and analysis of accounts.
• Perform work-flow analysis and suggest improvements.
• Verify payment methods and track changes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an A/P Associate or similar position.
• Preference for candidates with an Associate degree in Business or Accounting.
• Knowledge and experience working with Coupa.
• Knowledge and experience working with SAP S/4HANA or a cloud-based ERP system.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
