Job Description
Halcyon is seeking a Solutions Architect to demonstrate the value of its cyber resilience solution. The Solutions Architect will advise, educate, and redefine the next generation of cybersecurity and recovery. This role involves conducting ransomware readiness assessments and aligning customer expectations with the Halcyon cyber resilience solution. The Solutions Architect will work closely with the sales team and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meaningful product development.

The role involves:
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Halcyon’s solution.
  • Advising and educating customers and channel partners on the Halcyon platform.
  • Assisting account and channel management to drive revenue.
  • Partnering with customer success and threat intelligence liaisons.
  • Partnering with product management and engineering.
  • Attaining quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years in an information security engineering role.
  • Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms.
  • Knowledge in areas like Cloud Security, Endpoint Defense, and Threat Intelligence.
  • Experience in a security-focused solution architect or sales engineer role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with data consumption capabilities.
  • Business development experience.
  • B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
