Embroidery Operator

Job Description

Jonsson Workwear is seeking a detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join their team in Edenvale, Gauteng, South Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately embroidering stock items, meeting customer requirements, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Role involves:

• Analyzing project specifications and customer needs.
• Delivering high-quality embroidery with attention to detail.
• Setting up and running the embroidery machine efficiently.
• Framing garments accurately.
• Maintaining the embroidery machine.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ensuring products are well-stocked and merchandised.
• Preparing quotations for customers.
• Following up on orders and quotations.
• Processing customer payments.
• Working on weekends when required.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2 years’ experience as an Embroidery operator or machinist.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); preferably also Syspro.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Great time-management skills.
