Job Description
Torq is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Israeli market. Torq is experiencing rapid growth, backed by significant funding and recognition as a top startup employer. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for positioning Torq’s security solution within strategic prospects and customers, developing a comprehensive account strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
The role involves:
- Selling Torq's security automation platform and managing the entire sales cycle.
- Landing, adopting, expanding, and deepening sales opportunities.
- Executing against a territory coverage plan and consistently delivering on quarterly revenue targets.
- Developing and building close long-term strategic relationships with prospects, customers, and channel partners.
- Expanding relationships and orchestrating complex deals across diverse business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of direct sales experience selling security software.
- Deep understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem, including enterprise and public sector organizations.
- A measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
- Experience in selling complex enterprise security software solutions and ability to adapt to fast-growing and changing environments.
- Experience in the “C” suite, strong executive presence and polish, and excellent listening skills.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Hunter mentality with solid Sales DNA e.g. CoM, Challenger and MEDDICC.
