Tide is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to join their team in Lithuania. The company is building a business management platform designed to save small businesses time and money. The Senior Web Engineer will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, reporting to the Engineering Manager. They will work alongside Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex requirements into high-quality experiences for Tide's members.
Role involves:
Designing, developing, and shipping engaging new features and enhancements for web products.
Tackling interesting technical challenges and contributing innovative solutions.
Participating in the Web Community of Practice, helping to define best practices.
Mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers.
Collaborating effectively within an autonomous, agile team.
Requirements:
4+ years of professional experience in web development.
Strong command of core web technologies: Semantic HTML, CSS(3), and JavaScript(ES6).
Solid experience with the Angular 2+ ecosystem, including RxJS and NgRx.
Proficiency in using modern testing tools such as Jest and Cypress.
Experience building visually appealing, high-performance user interfaces.
Passion for building great products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Strong commitment to automation testing and experience writing clean, testable code.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
