Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Web Engineer to join their team in Lithuania. The company is building a business management platform designed to save small businesses time and money. The Senior Web Engineer will be an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, reporting to the Engineering Manager. They will work alongside Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex requirements into high-quality experiences for Tide's members.

Role involves:
  • Designing, developing, and shipping engaging new features and enhancements for web products.
  • Tackling interesting technical challenges and contributing innovative solutions.
  • Participating in the Web Community of Practice, helping to define best practices.
  • Mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers.
  • Collaborating effectively within an autonomous, agile team.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of professional experience in web development.
  • Strong command of core web technologies: Semantic HTML, CSS(3), and JavaScript(ES6).
  • Solid experience with the Angular 2+ ecosystem, including RxJS and NgRx.
  • Proficiency in using modern testing tools such as Jest and Cypress.
  • Experience building visually appealing, high-performance user interfaces.
  • Passion for building great products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong commitment to automation testing and experience writing clean, testable code.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
