Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager, Cyber Security to spearhead projects related to Lucid's vehicle security ecosystem. The role involves defining architecture, crafting technical requirements, establishing roadmaps, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders across all levels within Lucid. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proactive approach and a strong determination to excel in a fast-paced environment.

The Role Involves:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to consolidate requirements and architecture specifications for security solutions.
  • Defining project success criteria and priorities, and establishing executable roadmaps.
  • Authoring security-related RFPs, RFQs, and SoWs.
  • Ensuring requirements and architecture traceability and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborating with verification and development engineers to ensure product excellence.
  • Optimizing software through design and code reviews.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget.
  • Addressing challenges across systems and domains, reconciling gaps and contradictions.
  • Communicating vision, features, priorities, deliverables, and goals to stakeholders.
  • Exercising technical judgment in cross-functional teams.
  • Influencing technical decisions in cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in technical architect roles and technical product management in network, cloud, and information security.
  • Experience in threat analysis and risk assessment (TARA).
  • Experience in Scalable Public Key Infrastructure deployments and management.
  • Experience in vulnerabilities in-vehicle connectivity interfaces and protocols.
  • Experience in writing Level 1 to Level 3 requirements.
  • Experience using requirement management systems like JAMA, JIRA, or Confluence.
