Job Description
Cloudbeds is seeking an Onboarding Coach to support customers and internal teams with billing questions. The Onboarding Coach will ensure customer satisfaction by providing support to customers worldwide, making “more reservations, happier guests” a reality.Cloudbeds is looking for someone who will be responsible for onboarding, training, and the overall success of each client using the Cloudbeds platform. The ideal candidate will partner with Sales to define and achieve customer success criteria, demonstrate ROI, and ensure customer renewal with the Cloudbeds product suite.What this role involves:
  • Onboarding, training, and ensuring the overall success of clients.
  • Assisting and supporting existing customers daily.
  • Partnering with Sales to define and achieve customer success criteria.
  • Resolving customer complaints and questions.
  • Troubleshooting escalated issues and making outbound onboarding calls.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of system updates.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Gathering client feedback for future software releases.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of hospitality experience.
  • Experience in Front Desk, Night Auditor, Revenue Manager, or General Manager roles.
  • Fluent English.
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, French, Italian is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and emotional management.
  • Skill with computers and systems.
  • Excellent internet/wifi connection.
