Verkada is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join their team in Salt Lake City. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the Sales Leadership team to source, recruit, and close talented sales professionals for their rapidly growing organization. This role is crucial for the company's continued expansion.
The role involves:
- Developing relationships with the Sales team.
- Sourcing talent through various platforms.
- Actively sourcing passive candidates.
- Making compelling presentations about Verkada.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process.
- Tracking candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
- Planning and executing sales recruiting events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Sales recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to influence using collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Experience managing multiple priorities.
- Commitment to excellence and top performance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to events and offices.
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, GoodTime, and G-Suite is a plus.
