Marketing Associate, Social Media & Influencer Marketing

Cleo, a fast-growing fintech unicorn, is seeking a Marketing Associate to support their Social Media & Influencer Marketing efforts. This role is within the Creative Studio and reports to the Social Media Lead, collaborating with the Senior Influencer Manager. The ideal candidate is creative, plugged into trends, and eager to grow a brand on social media.

Role involves:

• Supporting the creation of social content for various platforms
• Maintaining the content calendar
• Pitching ideas for trend-led content
• Assisting in shooting, editing, and captioning content
• Collaborating on talent selection and script revision
• Monitoring social channels and tracking performance metrics

Requirements:

• Strong interest and experience in social media and content creation
• Creativity and curiosity about social trends
• Strong writing skills
• Openness to feedback and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with tools like Canva or CapCut is a plus
