This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and commercial strategy, focusing on accelerating engagement and revenue. The Growth Lead will act as a strategic partner across squads, driving high-impact growth initiatives from user insights to experimentation.
Role involves:
- Driving long-term growth of Cleo products and features.
- Owning the retention roadmap and prioritizing initiatives.
- Using data to understand user behavior and influence strategy.
- Leading experimentation and analyzing results.
- Collaborating across squads for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth and engagement.
- Deeply analytic with SQL skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of agile methodologies.
- Experience in aligning team's work with company values and OKRs.
