Job Description
Cleo, a fast-growing unicorn, is seeking a Growth Specialist to join their New Bets pillar. This role focuses on accelerating user engagement by testing and growing new features and diversifying revenue streams. The Growth Specialist will collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and analytics teams to test, iterate, and scale new ideas that support upsells, feature adoption, and engagement.
Role involves:
- Driving long-term growth of Cleo products and features through data analysis and experimentation.
- Using data to understand user behavior and influence strategy.
- Identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities.
- Executing projects in collaboration with engineering, product management, and data science teams.
- Leading experimentation from test design to results analysis.
- Collaborating across squads and ensuring transparent communication.
- Sharing customer insights to refine targeting and product development.
- Staying updated on industry trends and growth techniques.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in growth, product marketing, or CRM.
- Strong delivery mindset and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical understanding and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable using SQL and working with CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Passion for understanding users and driving engagement.
