Job Description

Huntress is seeking an Account Executive II to join their Mid-Market team. This is a remote position where the individual will drive net new business opportunities, working closely with SDR and customer account management teams. The Account Executive will manage relationships with prospects, focusing on information gathering, pricing, and closing deals. Huntress emphasizes a value-based, solution-oriented sales approach, prioritizing education over aggressive deal-closing tactics.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Sourcing new prospects and positioning Huntress' offerings.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor and industry expert.
  • Staying current on competitor offerings.
  • Turning client feedback into actionable strategies.
  • Influencing client decisions and advocating for client needs.
  • Communicating effectively with various functional teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Located in the DMV area.
  • 2+ years of strategy sales experience.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software or technology company.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue and delivering a customer-centered experience.
  • Comfortable working within a CRM system.
  • Strong presentation and active listening skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized.
  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate initiative.
  • A growth mindset.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
