Job Description
Constructor TECH is seeking a Finance Intern to support the Finance Manager in Bulgaria. The intern will assist with financial transaction booking and reporting tasks within an IT company's finance department. This role offers hands-on experience with ERP systems and exposure to various financial processes. Constructor TECH headquarters is situated in Switzerland, with entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.

Role involves:
  • Recording payouts from STRIPE in the ERP system for sales tracking and VAT tax reporting.
  • Booking sales transactions from ChargeBee in the ERP system.
  • Checking sales numbers in HubSpot and ensuring alignment with financial reports.
  • Assisting in preparing financial reports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborating with other departments for accurate financial data processing.
  • Performing other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Good English level.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles and VAT tax reporting.
  • Part-time or full-time availability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Salary rate for BSc – 13 eur/hour, MSc – 20 eur/hour
  • Internship Duration: from 2 months or more
