Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join their growing team. This role is crucial for enabling Sales teams and accelerating revenue growth by improving deal structuring and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast of the United States and will report to the Head of Deal Desk & Strategic Pricing.Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing deal terms, risks, and opportunities
  • Providing guidance on pricing, discounts, and contract terms
  • Ensuring deals are structured to maximize value and minimize risk
  • Managing the approval process for non-standard terms
  • Partnering with Sales teams to determine pricing guidance and review quotes
  • Leading deal reviews and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Developing and documenting the Deal Desk Playbook
  • Assisting with shaping the future of the team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Deals Desk, Finance, or Sales Ops at a high-growth tech company
  • Proven track record of enabling Sales teams to increase deal velocity and revenue growth
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience leading and influencing across various levels of the organization
