Carrot Fertility is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their SMB sales team. This role involves developing strategic partnerships with benefits brokers and consultants to drive demand and expand Carrot’s presence in the SMB market. The Account Executive will gather prospect feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Role involves:
- Developing and managing a robust sales pipeline.
- Building trust and relationships with SMB clients and their benefit brokers.
- Conducting effective discovery and demonstrations of Carrot's product.
- Articulating Carrot’s unique value proposition.
- Collaborating with team members to strategize on sales approaches and accurately forecast revenue.
- Achieving sales goals by consistently hitting and exceeding annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses (up to 1,000 lives).
- Proven success navigating competitive SMB sales environments and closing complex deals.
- Experience working with benefits consultants and brokers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
