Tandem Bank is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Account Manager to join their team. This role is field-based, covering the South Coast (Southampton/Bournemouth), and focuses on building and maintaining relationships with used car dealers.
The Account Manager will attend face-to-face appointments, conduct telephone/email negotiations, and offer competitive finance terms. The ideal candidate will meet individual targets and adhere to company policies, contributing to Tandem's mission of revolutionizing how people save, borrow, spend, and share.

Role Involves:
- Business Development: Creating quality used car dealer relationships.
- Account Management: Managing existing dealers to meet sales targets.
- Attending onsite meetings and negotiations.
- Offering excellent customer service.
- Achieving business targets and personal objectives.
- Attending team meetings in Cardiff/Blackpool.
